In addition to his commercial experience, Steve is a leading insolvency and restructuring practitioner. His insolvency-related work includes representing liquidators, administrators, receivers and bankruptcy trustees, and he has specific expertise in voidable transaction claims, priority and compliance issues. He has assisted company directors, creditors and bankrupts in dealing with financial issues, implementing two decades of practical experience in assisting his clients to navigate those financial difficulties.
